STORYKUPHOTO AGREEMENT

  • All payments are non-refundable.
  • Rescheduling is allowed once (1x) up to H-7 (7 days before the session). Rescheduling after this period will incur an additional fee of IDR 150,000.
  • Full payment must be completed by H-3 (3 days before the session date).
  • Cancellations made within H-7 until D-Day will be charged 75% of the total booking fee.
  • Original files will be delivered by H+1 (1 day after the session), subject to full payment and no technical issues. Files are stored for 5 days only. Any issues reported after this period will not be our responsibility.
  • Photo selection for editing must be submitted within H+5 (5 days) after the original files are uploaded.
  • Editing process takes approximately 7–10 working days, starting from admin confirmation of the submitted photo selection.
  • Requests to remove watermarks are not permitted.
  • Late editing requests (after 5 days) will be subject to additional charges.
  • Clients must back up all files immediately. Edited photos are stored for up to 7 days after completion (H+7). After this period, STORYKUPHOTO is not responsible for file storage or recovery.
